Clear Out is usually 1 day. Essential Reset typically runs 1-2 days. Complete Reset takes 2-3 days depending on floor cure time and paint drying.
Yes — we regularly serve all four regions. Jobs outside our ~25-mile Orange County home base may include a modest travel fee, which is always disclosed in your fixed quote before booking.

For Clear Out and most Essential Reset projects, no deposit is needed — you pay the fixed price when the work is done. For larger Complete Reset builds or projects with custom-ordered materials (like epoxy flooring), we may ask for a deposit to lock in your build date.
